share only what you have the right to share

Upload only content you created or have permission to use and publish. Do not copy or misuse another person's artwork, photos, video, logos, trademarks, characters, or likeness. See the Copyright and Takedown Policy for rights complaints.

not allowed

• Child sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors. Any such content is prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content. This includes threats to share intimate material and sexual content made or shared without consent.
• Hate or targeted abuse. Do not attack, dehumanize, threaten, or promote exclusion of people based on protected characteristics.
• Harassment and bullying. Do not target people with threats, humiliation, unwanted sexualization, or coordinated abuse.
• Graphic violence or credible threats. Do not glorify extreme real-world violence, make credible threats, or encourage harm.
• Self-harm instructions or encouragement. Content that promotes, instructs, or celebrates self-harm is prohibited.
• Illegal or dangerous activity. Do not facilitate violent wrongdoing, trafficking, fraud, malware, or the sale of illegal goods.
• Privacy violations and impersonation. Do not expose sensitive personal information, impersonate others deceptively, or use a person's likeness without the rights or consent required.
• Spam or manipulation. Do not flood Stix with repetitive content, scams, misleading engagement, or attempts to evade moderation.

mature and sensitive content

Some non-explicit mature, edgy, or violent content may be restricted, labeled, or kept out of public discovery. Explicit pornography and content that primarily exists to sexually objectify real people are not allowed. A label does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.

how moderation works

Public packs may be checked by automated safety systems and, when needed, reviewed by a person. Depending on context and severity, Stix may approve, restrict, hide, reject, or remove content. We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. Attempts to evade enforcement can lead to additional action.

report, hide, or block

Open a pack's content-actions menu in Stix to report the pack or creator, hide the pack, or block the creator. You can also report an individual sticker from its context menu. Reports are reviewed and acted on as promptly as reasonably possible based on severity.

If you cannot use the in-app tools or need to add urgent context, email [email protected] with the pack, profile, or sticker link and a description of the concern. For copyright, follow the separate copyright reporting process.

questions and appeals

If you believe your content was restricted or removed in error, email [email protected] from the address linked to your Stix account. Include the pack identifier and why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
