Stix terms of use

your account

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and must promptly tell us if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

your content and your rights

You keep ownership of the stickers, pack covers, names, descriptions, profile information, and other content you upload or create in Stix. Stix does not take ownership of your content.

You may upload or publish content only if you created it or have every right, license, consent, and permission needed to use it and allow Stix to provide the features you select. This includes rights in photographs, artwork, video, logos, trademarks, music, likenesses, and other material included in a sticker or pack. You must not upload or publish content that infringes another person's rights.

You grant Stix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, technically modify, display, distribute, and make your content available only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and provide Stix. Technical modifications include actions such as resizing, compressing, formatting, and converting stickers for supported messaging services. This license does not transfer ownership to Stix.

The license ends when your content is deleted from Stix, except to the extent needed for reasonable backup, security, legal, or enforcement purposes. Stickers that other users already exported, downloaded, or shared outside Stix may remain on their devices or third-party services and are outside Stix's control.

public and private packs

Public packs and public profiles can be discovered, viewed, downloaded, exported, and shared by other users. Private packs are not placed in public discovery, but Stix still processes them to store the pack and provide features you request.

acceptable use

You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not misuse Stix, interfere with the service, evade safety controls, access another person's account, automate abusive activity, distribute malware, or use Stix unlawfully.

moderation and enforcement

Stix may review, restrict, hide, reject, or remove content and may limit or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, the Community Guidelines, legal obligations, or user safety. Automated review can be followed by manual review. We may preserve relevant information when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, resolve a report, protect users, or comply with law.

To report content, use the content-actions menu in Stix. For copyright complaints, use the process in the Copyright and Takedown Policy.

service changes and availability

Stix may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party services such as iMessage, WhatsApp, sign-in providers, hosting, and notification delivery are governed by their own availability and terms.

ending use

You may stop using Stix at any time and can request account deletion from Settings. Stix may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated violation of these terms. Any terms that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect, including responsibility for past violations and provisions concerning disputes.

disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stix is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for your content and your use of content obtained through Stix.

changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised terms here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
