We can help with sign-in and account issues, creating or downloading sticker packs, sending stickers through iMessage or WhatsApp, public profiles, and content reports.
To help us investigate, include a short description of what happened, your iPhone and iOS version, and the Stix app version. Screenshots are welcome, but please remove passwords, verification codes, and other sensitive information.

account and privacy
You can request account deletion directly in Stix from Profile, Settings, then Delete Account. Your profile and sticker packs are hidden immediately, and deletion is completed after the period shown in the app.

report content
You can report a pack, creator, or individual sticker using the content actions inside Stix. If you cannot use the in-app tools, email support with the relevant pack, profile, or sticker link and a description of the concern.
